Horrendous company based in China to deal with when it comes to costumer service . Please be very carful when buying stuff from them !!!!! I recently bought large backpack for my daughter, when arrived it was the wrong color and wrong size. When I called their costumer service , they told me that I have to send back the item and pay myself for return and it would cost me more then the bag itself. Or they can refund me for the wrong item they sent me 3 dollars 😮 this is the help I have got for their mistake NOT MINE . Terrible company be very careful .
