I had a lot of apprehension about calling a credit management company and was connected to Cinque Davis. He was patient, thorough and very kind. I did not feel pressured at all. I was in a significant debt hole following my husband’s stroke 8 years ago and our subsequent unemployment - his inability to work and my taking on his caretaker role. I was ashamed and scared and at a loss as to how to proceed. Cinque explained the process, the creditors’ role, Five Lake’s role and most importantly my responsibilities. He was able to present a plan that would potentially restructure my debt, offer a reasonable payback schedule all providing an end in sight, which I could not have accomplished on my own.
