Faulty ring - poor service
I purchased a ring on Invaluable, Pottle Auctions. It was a ring to celebrate my retirement. Their commission was $700. It was an expensive item. I was told it was brand-new and on receiving at the claws catch on my clothes. I sent it back and they said they had repaired it and sent it back to me. A repair hadn’t been done. I followed up and asked them where they got it repaired and told them I still had an issue and now they ceased responding to me. It’s such a shame the ring is beautiful but not fixing it and then ignoring me is terrible service. Happy to take your money but that’s where it ends
