Caveat emptor
I ordered the base $99.00 hearing aids in late July of 26 and after reading the instruction manual (very small font) and watching an instruction video, found no way to make them compatible with why I ordered them. I am now on my 7th request within a week for a return authorization. 8/24/26 - 15 RA requests. No response. FTC complaint filed. Credit card charged back. Do not do business with this company!! Caveat emptor.
