If you want to take any action, you basically have to wait a week. Consumers have little visibility into the additional fees charged beyond the standard shipping cost. Ultimately, the combined shipping and fees end up costing more than the price of the item itself. A truly terrible consumer experience. It has been nearly a month, and I am still waiting for the shipment to even begin.
