Wayfair outsourced to Angi who outsourced to the lowest bidder
Wayfair outsourced to Angi for a boxspring pickup. Then Angi outsourced to the lowest bidder. The person who showed up was in a beat up overloaded pickup truck and said he was there to drop off a mattress. He had my name so I asked if it was the boxspring he said no. I called Angi back and said I think your guy is here to pick up my boxspring, but the guy won’t pick it up because his paperwork shows mattress. They said no call him back, no luck he wouldn’t pickup up. Such bad communication I had no idea he was showing up, they sent me an email an hour before the pickup time but he was an hour early. My delivery wasn’t scheduled for another week.
