It started to flatten right after the warranty period was over (we weigh less than 200lbs each) and now its wrinkling up under my wife while sleeping/ turning from adjusting because of pain.We have to toss it out.We can't sleep on it another night because it causes us a lot of pain bu 3am.We're right back to where we started.But we're out ( CORRECTION)$ $489.00i'm not sure whether a few (5)months of positive improvement is worth it? Because it's been us steadily hurting us more and more. We both have back issues and being disabled.... we just can't resolve this issue easily.
