Horrible mattress topper. Two weeks and I had a lump in the middle. The top has yellow rings all over it. Took pictures asked for a refund. They only would discount it . They lied on their website. You cannot donate mattress products to get a receipt to show them you donated. Horrible topper,horrible company. DO NOT BUY. I WILL KEEP LEAVING REVIEWS THAT IS HOW AWFUL THIS COMPANY IS. The company says they have alternatives. They told me NO ON A REFUND IF I COULDNT DONATE THEY OFFERED A 60 PERCENT DECREASE IN PRICE. I HAD TO TAKE IT. I WAS LEFT WITH NO OTHER OPTION. DO NOT BELIEVE IT WHEN THEY SAY REFUND. I CAN SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE THIS HORRIBLE TOPPER IS DISCOUNTED TO THE PRICE THEY DECREASED. DO NOT BUY. First place they delivered the first mattress pad to the neighbors house. Mike isn't even using the mattress pad. It's not working for him . He tried it for a week, and we put it back in the box. I actually put another pad on top of my mattress pad. It's ok.

The foam coils do not seem to bounce back as advertised. Also,the cooling not as advertised.

We recommend checking that any sheets or protectors over the topper are made from breathable materials such as cotton or bamboo, otherwise it can limit the effectiveness of your topper. The topper will return to its original thickness quickly, but we recommend lifting the topper and checking if any impressions might be from the mattress underneath, rather than the topper. This can be the case for pillow top mattresses or older bases that lack the necessary support. Really not getting the sleep that I expected Thought it would be cooler with the individual springs so I don't feel the difference there. I have only been sleeping on it for a few weeks, but if anyone one has tried it anyone would feel the difference by now not much change in my sleep quality as of now.
