Your team that decided not to let me have the proper choose not to allow me to acquire it so deal with them If it is based on credit perhaps they do not know how to read for my credit score is well over 700 own my home and you reject me over $500 plus. Great product for my old bed, which has a very old mattress. Dormeo made it new again, and perfect support for my back and hips! Durable mattress and a quality product! The waterproof cover is really nice too! The only downside was the wait, and back-order of products the second time I ordered. Dormeo must be switching to and AI customer service program, as it was lacking in response and accuracy by the time I put in my second order.

In just one week after sleeping on the Dormeo mattress topper I get a good night sleep, not tossing and turning, and I wake up without all the soreness that kept me from standing and walking in the morning. I would highly recommend people suffering with these symptoms look at your mattress first before taking medications to help. Consider the Dormeo mattress topper before any other mattress. It didn't take the 30 days for my body to adjust. Just one week. I am a believer in it.

We decided to try Dormeo's topper because our old foam topper was getting squishy and needed replacement after years of usage. It has met my expectations...it was easy to do pre-use recommendations and had no unsavory odor when unwrapped. No regrets of my purchase. Only wish it was a little softer. It has a nice firm but not overly firm feel.

Purchased the topper 2 years ago it failed. I took all their required pictures they stated it was not a manufacturer failure. But would replace it. However there would no longer have a warranty. This topper failed the coiled compressed, flattened and twisted. I turned the topper every time I change my sheets. So if it fails again I am out so far for a 10 year warranty

You have people to answer the phone when ordering this product but no one to answer when there's an issue. I ordered this product to help with pain in my IT bands, hips,knees, and back. It didn't help at all. You said it was cool and comfortable. It wasn't. Your return policy had me keep it for a month before returning. I did. Now it's time to get some kind of return please.

It really helped my hip but not enough support for shoulders. My shoulders ache more than ever. They hurt especially when I try to move in the bed. So I'm not sure exactly how I feel about it. I really want to love it.
