Product that arrived would not work
Product that arrived would not work. Utilized online guides for issues to no avail. After attempts at home did not fix the problem, I contacted the company for assistance. After sending 1 correspondence with a description and picture of issue, I received a 2nd email requiring a video of same problem. Feels like a runaround so the company does not have to resolve issue. Do not buy product. Poor quality and poor customer service.
