Hanging profile at end of run
As a enthusiastic user of Syncback SE for many years, I run into an issue. The profiles did'n't close off at the end of synchronization and stayed in the status "running". The technical support team was able to help me and found the solution to solve the issue. In this case the solution weas found in activating the following lines: "Use the supplied username and password before trying my current username and password" and "Do not disconnect from the network after the profile run". Both found in the advanced tab under network.
