I bought a midea m7 pro vacuum cleaner. after 14 days one of the wheels stopped working. I wrote to the seller and the e-shop, and apart from the first emails that they would solve my situation, I did not receive any further answers. at the moment, after several emails, neither the seller nor the store is communicating anymore. I have more than 1000 orders from several stores, but it has never happened to me that the store itself stopped communicating after the first email. I am adding to the review. The seller and gshopper did not respond, so I contacted the discount portal xiaomiplanet.sk and things started to move. Now I have been promised to send a new vacuum cleaner. So I'm looking forward to being able to include gshoper among serious stores. But they have to work on the speed of communication.
