Remove the 30 Day moneyback clause in their marketing tagline
Software is good. But refund policies are the worst. They will add lot of IF and BUTs while doing refund for a valid reason. Before you buy any product from these guys, go through each and every condition for your requirement (your system specs, what is your target output of using this software). Their customer support start arguing all the reasons and adding clauses for the reasons of refund. I recommend this company to revisit their refund policies and make legitimate/user friendly.
