Horrendous company and complete liars. They lied and said my booking was cancelled because the name on the card was different to the booking, which my wife booked and has booked several times in the past. Long story short: They left me on hold for one and a half hours and dropped the call at 1am. Called the following day to have my flight increase by £400, cancels the booking and got hit with a £200 phone bill. Don't be fooled by the initial cheap price cheap price. It's not realistic!!!
