UPDATE (September 2026): Following my initial review, G2G Senior Management (Nelly Hu via Ticket #5797884) conducted an executive review and formally confirmed that no repayment of the IDR 52,224,955 (~$3,819 USD) is required, recognizing that the PayPal chargeback had indeed been dismissed in the merchant's favor with zero financial loss to G2G. I appreciate management stepping in to correct this ledger error. CURRENT STATUS: While the unfair financial debt has been successfully cleared, frontline management currently declines to restore my seller permissions due to procedural response delays from the 2024 dispute. Since the financial facts and delivery legitimacy have been proven true, maintaining a permanent selling ban on an established, honest seller is disproportionate. I have submitted an appeal for probationary reinstatement. I am holding this review at its current rating for now and look forward to G2G completing this resolution by restoring my store privileges, upon which I will gladly update this to a positive 5-star review reflecting fair customer care.
