Always out of stock
The customer service was good and all the representatives did well. What I was disappointed with is the fact that the warehouse was always out of stock for the designs I wanted. I think between my original order and the final item coming back to me with the exchange in between, it took almost 2 months. I wished this process could have been less delayed at the warehouse side of things. Also, there was one incident when they said the item was available and I waited and was then told it was no longer available and i had to re order a different color way. I wished the logistics system was just better updated with what was actually available and not.
