So unfortunately the dress I ordered was not at all what I was hoping for, but I think a lot of that was my own expectations. However: the refund process was very straightforward, and they gave me some options that with another dress more easily altered I may have chosen. I chose a full refund and was very pleased that it arrived promptly and without any hidden costs. Would definitely try again if I hadn’t found a dress by chance in person.
