I recently had foot surgery and couldn’t open my boxes (bed) until months after it had been delivered, being Non-weight bearing by Doctors orders. When finally examining the contents of the boxes, I discovered I had been sent a wrong part, contacted the company by email (Irma responded) and they are sending the correct part to me. I’m grateful
