Using RZBOX only for 4 months
Using RZBOX only for 4 months, power supply became faulty, can't start the pc even change to new power supply, took a whopping 85 days to claim the warranty, turns out they don't even have one technician in their entire company who can fix the pc, so if you don't backup files, it is all gone. Customer service attitude is unbelievably horrible and unprofessional, they will not notify you even your parcel is stuck at custom and surely they will not pay custom fees, you are a fool if you rely Chuwi's pc as your main productivity output tool, this company will only treat you as profit machine, if you can't make them profit, they don't give a sh@t about you.
