Battery charging error
I had an issue with batteries not charging from the inverter which was caused by a control board malfunction on one of the batteries. I reported it via the installer and the growatt engineer was in touch within 48hours and attended site a day later. The fault was identified, part replaced and within an hour and half the system was tested and running perfectly again. Thanks Jianye
