Order return
Order return I purchased a Sig Sauer Romeo Zero red dot from Bass Pro Shops on February 15th, 2026 and it was delivered to me on February 19th, 2026. Unfortunately, the footprint of the red dot did not fit my pistol, and I contacted Bass Pro Shops regarding a return. It took three calls for a representative to respond back with return instructions until I called again on February 25th, 2026, and was told they would have to send me a Hazmat sticker for the tiny battery that sits in the red dot that may take 4 business days to receive. I was then told it would take approximately 5 weeks for the return to be processed. All that, and I have to pay return shipping out of pocket. I will never shop at Bass Pro Shops ever again and will be sure to tell my family and friends, too.
