If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered some heels from them. It gave me a tracking number and everything.. 3 weeks went on and I wasn’t getting updates on where the shoes was. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund and they said they will not give a refund because it takes a while sometimes for it to update. 2 more weeks went by and I asked for another refund. They said if the shoes have not came or I haven’t got any updates on shipping by April the 12th which was yesterday they would give me a refund. I’ve been emailing them all day with no response. They usually respond the same day but today they aren’t. These people are scammers, I wouldn’t recommend nobody to this place. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!
