Had an awful experience with etrailer, placed an order on 5/11 and 2 months later they keep pushing out delivery to November 2026. No one offered alternative, no solution. They kept stringing me along with well, maybe we have parts coming in soon. I have missed half the paddleboard season because of their inept customer service. Find somone else.
