Great blind and service, but bad instructions.
I messed up on the measurement and they sent a replacement at no charge. The blind works great too. The process was easy with excellent support. The only issue I had is with the mounting and pairing instructions, which were not good at all. Thank goodness for AI on the web. The pressure style mounting bracket did not seem secure and was bowed in the middle. I drilled a hole in the bracket and secured it in the middle with a sheet metal screw. Now it works great. Very happy with the blind and their customer service. I would buy from them again. Great value.
