This company has demonstrated a pattern of unprofessional, dismissive, and obstructive behavior. Their representatives repeatedly made excuses to avoid processing my payment, forcing me to resend the same documents more than five times. Despite my efforts, they continued to provide false information and showed no willingness to resolve the issue. Their conduct left me no choice but to file formal complaints with the Department of Insurance and the Better Business Bureau.
