Incorrect size screen was shipping
Incorrect size screen was shipped. They send a confirmation email but it's a jumble of information. They also wouldn't provide a reasonable resolution. While it's possible, I entered the wrong dimensions; their confirmation emails dumps all the info together and is difficult to read/confirm. They didn't offer any reasonable options when I called, just saying it was my fault. It was cheaper to order through their competitor than their discounted rate. Screens and shipping are 50% more than their competitors. I was charged $29 for shipping and it was expedited.
