When I reviewed my account to update the name on the account, I discovered I could not access it due to outdated phone information, which hindered the account verification process. Despite reaching out to Spines multiple times, I encountered frustrating issues, including three dropped calls and being connected to different agents each time. On July 27, 2026, I sent a written request to address this ongoing issue.
