I have published my book struck by Grace with spine publishing. At first, my experience was not very good. And the sales representative sold me a bill of goods that they over promised and under delivered. I was very discouraged and upset with this being the result that I got. However, one of the co-owners of the company reached out to me personally to see what he could do to take care of the empty promises that had been made to me from one of his representatives. I want to say thank you too Niv For taking time out of his day to make this personal and not just a business transaction. I have another book that I will be publishing soon and will be publishing that book with the team at spines as a result of the personal commitment of the ownership team.
Publishing Odyssey
This particular publishing odyssey has been fraught with many challenges! Spines has met and collaborated through each one to bring it in for a win. Our Account Manager has patiently worked to answer many questions and concerns and has followed through with technical assistance appropriately with the other Spines departments and management jumping in to support the necessary efforts to pull it off. Many factors contributed to it taking much longer than hoped for to get this book out there. We are very pleased and grateful to say it is almost finished and job well done!

I have self published before and knew I wanted to work with a team. I am so grateful for Belén and her team, I was picky and changed things for the precious readers - survivors of abuse - to truly get transformation when they read this book. Belén was amazing to work with and now it is time for marketing - let’s see how that flows. I hope five stars there too.

I have published several nonfiction books previously through a national publisher (Simon & Schuster), so my decision to use Spines publishing for my latest work was made with some trepidation. I was wrong to worry. Every aspect of my experience with Spines exceeded my expectations. I worked with Andrés Esteban González as my project manager and Cecilia Contarde as my production manager and both were wonderful. At every stage of the process, I felt like I had a motivated, supportive team working with me to get my book published. On September 21, 2025, I formally requested the cancellation of my book membership for $43.50. To my surprise, my book continued to be featured on Amazon and other retailers. When I reviewed my account to update the name on the account, I discovered I could not access it due to outdated phone information, which hindered the account verification process. Despite reaching out to Spines multiple times, I encountered frustrating issues, including three dropped calls and being connected to different agents each time. On July 27, 2026, I sent a written request to address this ongoing issue. I urge you to resolve this matter promptly, as it has caused me considerable inconvenience. *Subject to use:** **ADDENDUM — Rights Reversion + Remove Spines as Publisher Everywhere — No Association — Effective July 28** Team, Addendum to my termination effective July 28, 2026 attached. I require total takedown from Amazon and all retailers, removal of Spines as publisher of record everywhere, and full rights reversion to me. I want no association with Spines. Confirm in writing today that takedown is initiated and provide a completion timeline.
