I just find them infuriating and difficult work with , my agent is never available ever there’s always an excuse I wake up at 3am to message her but I end up getting people saying they’ll ask her to contact me .. processing time for my item is 1-3 days this is now the second time in a week it’s taken over 5 days to process and CJ are saying they don’t have it in stock so have to source it elsewhere after 7 days you’re telling me this and I’ve had to contact you for this information! Yeah they are a joke .. I’ve had to reorder products as CJ offered one of my customers 2 items as an apology and asked them to pick a colour then went back on their word and said they didn’t mean it .. so as a good will gesture for my customer I had to purchase out of my own pocket and even that hasn’t been shipped or processed, I’m losing out on money but since my shop opened over 2 weeks ago not one customer has received anything , which is ridiculous and to top it all off CJ are claiming they can’t alter the inventory and they have everything they need in stock if that’s the case why am I still waiting .. make it make sense
