Poor inventory control and communication
J J International is the “official” parts distributor for Samsung TVs. Ordered a part, paid for it as well as 2 day air. 5 days later called to inquire as to its whereabouts only to be told it’s on back order from S Korea. Poor communication, poor inventory keeping. They have the my money now I’m supposed to wait 4-6weeks “at least” for the part to arrive in NJ, then be shipped to me. They’re not doing Samsung’s good name a favor.
