I’m very impressed with the service I’ve received from Growatt. There was issue with batteries charging, after unsuccessful attempting to fix the issue remotely, I was told an engineer would would do a site visit. That was on a Friday. The engineer contacted me on the following Monday morning, agreed a time and he arrived within the timeframe and fixed the issue.
