Two hats stuffed into a box too small for one.Fedora crushed, pork pie hat totally wrong color. When contacted the support answer was we will refund $10 and I keep the hats, which are very poor less than dollar store quality not even close to website photos. For a full refund, yep I have to send back to China at my cost.
