UK2 is terribly difficult to deal with
UK2 is terribly difficult to deal with. Over the years I have had to play around with 12 different passwords! My recent experience was no better as the website took me round in circles. In the end it took 3 chat sessions to sort everything out. The first two were not really helpful but my third chat seemed to be OK, so in the end I was sort of satisfied.
