I ordered one small kitchen appliance…
I ordered one small kitchen appliance two weeks ago. No updates, just one item on their website with an order number advising shipping can take this long pending order approval. Who does this these days? After two weeks, there are no updates, nothing. I tried calling to cancel today and only got an automated answer. I did just email them today but email says it could take days to reply. I was curious since price on the item was ridiculously low, but now it looks like it's coming directly from manufacturer and out of the country.
