The ShinePhone app is constantly down
The ShinePhone app is constantly down. I left a message on the 6th October and received an email reply saying server not working and Growatt would try their best to get it working the following week. Obviously they have failed app still not working today 10 days after my original complaint. A bit concerning for a technical company.
