Jesse was very fast on the keys, I know he's looking at more than one chat thread, but he did a fabulous job. I'd had a double purchase a few days ago and he was able to capture and correct the issue effectively. Quick and efficient, but was able to send back with a touch of humor. Nicely done, Jesse; I'd put you in for a raise, but I know the Team Leads don't usually take the strong advice of even favored clients, like me. Great job! Solved my fret completely. I normally purchase the Lifetime Upgrade versions of EaseUs products and have been very happy with both the product and the support I get when I fumble the keys. Thanks Team!
