31 days to replace AC
I have been a real property owner for almost thirty years. In that time, I have had several home warranties. Liberty Home Guard ("LHG") is my current provider. LHG is the worst home warranty company I’ve ever dealt with. LHG showed no regard for me or my family’s welfare. It took 31 days, over 30 phones calls, 15+/- emails, as well as texts and "AI chats" to have my AC system replaced. What LHG doesn't tell you is that every time the claim moves from one department to another, they "give" themselves 24-48 hours to "respond"/move the claim on. Most of the company representatives I dealt with were uncaring and dismissive. Kam and Moises were the only exceptions. I can't, in good conscience, recommend LHG as dealing with them caused me an emotional and mental toll that is not worth the cost.
