WARNING! Do not use. You cannot give feedback as it errors, so that you cannot submit it. There is no email address or customer service at all. The videos are not generated at all. I tried 3 or 4 times to generate a 10-15 second video and it just kept processing for hours. Do not bother, get a real service elsewhere. I immediately cancelled and deleted my account and have asked my bank for a refund. I think this could be a scam site.
