I bought a Litter Robot 3 in 2022 and selected the item with a 3-year warranty. Every year since then, I've had to call for the motor to be replaced, but in 2025, just a few months before the end of the warranty, when the robot stopped working again, the company forgot that it had sold me a product with an extended warranty and started demanding proof of its existence, which I can't get because they've changed their website in the meantime and because the invoice only shows the item reference. To sum up: 1) these people are neither serious nor honest. 2) the equipments are systematically breaking down. 3) the employees don't give a damn about the customers (Marie-Noël is an excellent example of this).
