I Received My Laptop
I purchased a laptop from Singapore through ForwardBuy.com because the model is not available in the U.S. The communication was good. I was asked to wire transfer the fund to them first because it's a high value item, so I did. They told me every step in the whole process, they asked me how to handle the bonus the vendor offered. I received the laptop, everything looks great. I gave them 4 stars because the shipping was a little slow, it could be on FedEx part though, but I'd like to have the rating reflect that regardless. Overall it was a good experience, I'd use ForwardBuy again if needed. As a first time buyer, wire transferring a relatively big amount of money needs some trust, I think ForwardBuy deserves it.
