Great Product and Outstanding Help Desk Support.
I recently purchased Microsoft Office 2021. However, I had a problem redeeming it. So I sent a message to their Help desk and within 2 hours (although they say to allow 24 hrs.) I received detailed instructions with a link that worked perfectly. The software is working great and quite honestly, this is one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Help Desk. What a tremendous bargain.
