I ordered and received Windows 11 Pro key. The response was fast. The key installed and after reboot Microsoft reported active. The next morning it showed inactive. I reported the issue to StackSocial support. Support response was quick and a new key issued. It installed and performed as expected. Great team work and professional responses. Thanks!

Total waste of money with ZERO support

Purchased Office 2021 for Mac, after being informed it would open on an older machine running Ventura. It does not work. Receive continuous message from Microsoft that documents cannot be opened without a subscription. A complete waste of $42. Impossible to reach StackSocial.

From frustration to fix with Patrick

I received and installed MS Office but…

I received and installed MS Office but then found that every time I opened any app in the MS Office bundle it kept popping up a error dialong saying that the AutoUpdate was not available. This constant dialog popup was annoying. I contaed support and they were on it immediately. They told me what to do and it resolved the issue. No more popups. Anytime I purchase software, support is very important to me. In this case the support was excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I purchased Microsoft Office for Mac

I purchased Microsoft Office for Mac, but Microsoft ended support for it just two months later, leaving it available only in read-only mode. After contacting StackSocial (TechSpot), I was guided through several steps to try to restore the functionality. When those attempts didn't work, StackSocial provided me with a new license key for a newer version of Microsoft Office for Mac. I am very satisfied with their approach and would recommend them.

Somehow Microsoft wiped out my license…

Somehow Microsoft wiped out my license that I had through StackSocial. It just disappeared and was saying it was unlicensed. Support helped with multiple attempts to resolve the problem and when nothing was fully successful they gave me a new license to make sure I had it back. Team was always polite and seemed genuinely working to solve the problem.
