I had just purchased Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus for Windows: Lifetime License. This was my 10th purchase from StackSocial and the first time I needed some guidance from their suppport center due to an installation issue. Assistance from their Support Center was OUTSTANDING. After I explained my issue via their contact link, Diana from support responded quickly (within a few hours), and solved the problem in her first response to me providing a clear and concise step-by-step procedure to get my Office 2024 Pro Plus up and running flawlessly. On a scale of 1 to 10, StackSocial Support gets a 20 from me.

I had a problem installing Office 2024…

I had a problem installing Office 2024 LTSC after removing Office 2021 Pro w a Microsoft account. None of the tools would remove the old links. I finally removed links manually. Customer support was with me all the way. If there were no old Microsoft office links it would have installed on the first try.

Purchase of lifetime Office license is good

I've purchased a number of "lifetime licenses" to MSFT products through Stack Social. I've done this to avoid MSFT subscriptions and attempt to have more control of my online experience. As with all tech, there are glitches or times it doesn't work. I'm "old school" because I'm old. Stack Social has always stood behind their licenses and given fast feedback on how to make it work. I would not hesitate to buy another lifetime license from SS. Responsive customer service means I'm not lost without support. Thanks!

I had a problem with a software license…

I had a problem with a software license I purchased for Windows 11 Pro from StackSocial. It seemed to install but I got an error message that it wouldn't register. I message to StackSocial support who requested a screen shot. They responded with a new license number and everything is running in very short time. Great service and quick response.

Deceptive Advertising

Deceptive Advertising: Received Office LTSC instead of Retail License I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of Microsoft Office Professional 2021. The product description explicitly advertised 'Updates included' and a standard lifetime license. However, after activation, I discovered the provided key is for the LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) version.This version is intended for enterprise use and only receives security updates, lacking the feature updates and visual refreshes that come with the retail version I expected. This critical limitation was never mentioned in the description. Selling enterprise-grade LTSC keys under the guise of standard retail licenses is a misleading trade practice. I have already contacted support for a resolution and will escalate this to the FTC if it's not handled fairly. Order #25132147

I got a Windows 11 Pro key and it did not work when i tried using it, messaged support, they reached out in 30 minutes, in one message got me a new key, said sorry and most off all the key worked. The irritation that the first key didn't work was washed away by how fast and efficient the customer support was.
