Bought Windows 11 Pro

Bought Windows 11 Pro, didn’t work the first time but they had already anticipated something like this might happen and they had a link to contact customer support, after troubleshooting it I got it to work with their help, they were incredibly kind about it and responded to my initial email within a day, definitely worthy of 5 stars

Support that actually follows through

I bought a lifetime software deal through StackSocial and ran into a problem while activating it on the vendor's side. I contacted support and Olivia took care of it: she asked the right questions, took the case to the merchant, and kept me updated until it was genuinely resolved. Everything works as it should now. It's easy to be skeptical about deal platforms once something goes wrong after the purchase – this was handled properly and without any runaround. I'd buy here again.

Extremely Satisfied

The shopping experience was easy and the product arrived in a timely manner. One of the speakers I ordered was DOA but the return process was very straightforward. What I especially liked was the constant updates and communication I received from the Customer Service Team (Ryan to be specific). It was nice to deal with an actual person who was very prompt with his responses. Overall I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely shop here again.

I bought a "lifetime:" Microsoft Office from these guys and MS pulled the usual corporate crap and it no longer would allow me to create a new document. Long story short... StackSocial came to bat and had a fix. This happened twice and both times they fixed it. Hats off to a responsible company. Thanks.

Comprehensive Support

Support didn't give up after the initial problem with the original license code. They provided some suggestions and then a second code which also failed. They then provided a third code which worked as it should. Unlike some other "support" I have had, they followed through expeditiously until the problem was resolved.

I was suspicious of software for nearly 90%off. BUt they were true to their word and I bought a good, useable, powerful office suite software for a great price. I had trouble downloading it and installing it, and their team helped me through my mistakes. I would buy from them again.

I can’t yet speak to the long-term stability of Invoice Maker Pro, but my expectations are that it will be a heck of a deal for the cost, as it has performed wonderfully over the past week! But, I CAN speak to the expedient, concise, support I received trying to sync data app across two devices. THAT support was EXCEPTIONAL. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

MS Office 2024

I had purchased MS Office 2024, and had issues with a previous version not uninstalling completely. The support staff were all very supportive and suggested a number of things to try, eventually the right process worked and it successfully installed, very pleased.
