Microsoft Office
I've purchased several items from PCWorld/StackCommerce and have never been disappointed. There have been occasions when my MS Office installs have not activated properly, but their tech support is AWESOME!!! I've never had to wait longer than 24 hours for a response, and usually it's less than an hour. They've always come through with a fix and left me a happy customer. Highly recommend!
Never got my software. Call went to a Google number recording without a name and did not get a callback. My emails went unanswered. Looks like a scam to me.

They know how to help an idiot.
I was an idiot and did not read the full instructions on redeeming my license. This caused many issues. I reached out to stack social and they were extremely helpful. I was helped by Patrick and he had me up and running immediately and explained it may have been an issue with my OS. I think it was me but that was nice of him to say.
