The most skilled and friendly customer support I have ever experienced (and I am quite old!) Ongoing issue with licensing older software - I worked on it for hours over a couple of days. I kept sending SS what I'd done and the results. They read every word, no canned suggestions. I was close to upgrading my Mac when Elizabeth fixed it!!

After building my gaming PC, I needed an OS and came across Windows 11 Pro keys on Techspot Store for just $9.97. The price seemed almost too good to pass up, so I checked their reputation online and decided to give it a shot. The purchase process was simple and smooth. I received the product key, download instructions, and everything activated perfectly. Because the experience went so well, I also purchased MS Office for $29.97, which installed flawlessly too. A few weeks later, I accidentally crashed my system while tweaking settings and had to perform a full recovery. Windows stayed activated, but Office did not, and Microsoft no longer recognized the key. I contacted Techspot support through the link in my account, expecting a long wait. To my surprise, they responded within hours, apologized for the inconvenience, and quickly provided a replacement key that solved the issue immediately. For products at these prices, I didn’t expect much in the way of customer support, but they exceeded my expectations. If this level of service is consistent, I’d definitely purchase from them again.

Products and deals are generally very good - know what you are buying and you can find some awesome deals. Customer service is always excellent, and usually due to me not StackSocial or the vendor.
