Good, only until they've sold you.
Very prompt in selling you a policy; but post-service is pathetic. Once the policy was sold, they ditched me like an estranged girlfriend. No response to my queries since more than 10 days; no call-backs or email responses. I am still looking for some answers to my just-bought policy. I feel I've been cheated. Very disappointing. I do not recommend anyone to waste their time with them. Look elsewhere!
