Poor customers service and products
I ordered a used camera and was told it would work great. From the get go, the camera was not was I thought it would be. The pictures all came out over exposed and the flash and replay button stopped working all together. When I called to ask about it, they said it was out of warranty (even though the website lists a 365-day warrant). They offered no other solutions. I then asked if I could sell it back to them and they said "well if it doesn't work, we can't buy it." Therefore, I'm just stuck with a broken camera. I do not recommend and will be telling the Chicago Photography School that recommended them to me not to continue with the referral.
