Hello Nancy, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with both the product and your experience. After reviewing your purchase, we found that the camera was purchased in December 2025 and was covered by our standard 180-day warranty, which expired in June 2026. While KEH is currently offering a 365-day warranty promotion on eligible purchases, that promotion was not in effect at the time of your order and does not apply to this item. We understand how frustrating it is to experience equipment issues, especially when they arise after ownership. Because the camera was reported outside of the applicable warranty period, we were unable to offer a warranty repair. We regret that our explanations left you feeling that no solutions were available, and we apologize for that frustration. Hello Kelly, We're very sorry to hear about your experience and the concerns you have regarding your lens. We want to assure you that we would never intentionally switch out a customer's gear. The only circumstance in which a customer would receive a different item back is if their equipment were lost or damaged while in our possession, and in those situations we would proactively communicate with the customer and work to make things right. For added protection, we always recommend that customers record their serial numbers and take photos of their gear before shipping it to us. This helps provide a clear point of reference should any questions arise during the evaluation process. We would like the opportunity to investigate your concerns further.
