Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers consistently praise the incredible value and condition of the used gear. Buyers frequently mention that cameras and lenses arrive securely packaged, functioning perfectly and looking better than expected. People also deeply appreciate the prompt delivery services and find wonderful deals on hard-to-find photography equipment easily. Some reviewers were not happy with receiving the wrong item version or an incorrect lens mount due to packaging mistakes. A few individuals also shared frustration when trade-in offers turned out significantly lower than their initial estimates after sending items in.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I ordered a camera lens rated as ‘Like New minus’ for a price a little over half of what it was new. It was shipped quickly and arrived two days earlier than originally estimated. It was very well protected and was undamaged in shipping. It looks ‘Like New’ to me. It functions perfectly and has totally clear optics. I am very happy with everything about this purchase!
Amazing experience ordering and receiving my cameras! Really appreciated how secure and seamless it all was!
Again KEH ships quickly and the product is as it was advertised. No disappointment with KEH. Thank you for doing business the "old fashion way" - with integrity and trust and providing a good quality product that is honestly represented.
The lens I bought arrived in like new condition and the price was right. The only reason why I dropped a star from this review was although I continued to receive adds from KEH, I did not get any update about when my package would arrive, or any way to check on it.
Great products, like new in every way except the price! The order arrived more quickly than I expected.
I ordered a lens hood for an older camera. This was the only place I could find that had the one that actually came with the camera when new. I opted for regular shipping because even the upgraded shipping didn't guarantee I'd get it before I needed it but KEH shipped promptly and I received it two days before I needed it. Thanks KEH Camera.
